Addressing Food Scarcity and Insecurity

As an FSBN IV SDSU Group Participant at Unwind and Design Creative Studio, our commitment to the community goes beyond mere awareness; it's about actionable change. Our dedicated section highlights how we collaborate with residents, underserved communities, and frontline workers to tackle the pressing food scarcity and insecurity issues within our valley.

We create a therapeutic environment through immersive painting lessons where participants can engage in meaningful discussions. These sessions provide an artistic outlet and serve as a platform for sharing experiences and

fostering mutual understanding. Our approach aims to heal and unite, offering a safe space for individuals to connect and reflect on the impact of food insecurity. This challenge affects more people than we often acknowledge.

Our partnership with volunteers and activists, who tirelessly work in the trenches, is a testament to our commitment to change. Our initiatives are deeply rooted in activism, community solidarity, and collective effort. Together, we can make a difference, one brushstroke at a time.
